To find this out, we conduct a short survey around the turn of the year: a Quick HR scan.
Why are we doing this? We do not want to make assumptions about what someone needs but hear it directly from the person concerned. The goal is simple: to provide you with a warm, personal work happiness wishto make your work an even nicer place in 2026.

Thank you for completing the Quick HR Scan — and congratulations: your organisation scores so well on so many points that it almost seems like you secretly have an HR angel sitting on your shoulder.
Loyalty? Check. Clarity? Check. Growth opportunities? Double check. Social safety? As if you land on a mental airbag every day.
But… there was one score that softly whispered:

• Put your laptop away for real at least once (so not just closing it).
