Our story
In 2004, Monique Verellen took an important step in her career. After years of experience in the world of recruitment and selection, she decided to go her own way.
She felt it was time to take on new challenges and to put her vision of talent, teamwork, and motivation into practice. She strongly believed in the power of these elements and was determined to help companies fully leverage the potential of their employees.
Her passion for developing teams and creating a positive work environment led her to set up her own services. With her services, she aimed to inspire and support organizations in their growth and success.
The determination to make a difference ultimately formed the basis for Synergo HR.
